How do I edit an Intelligence configuration?

Objective

This article helps you rename an Intelligence configuration, update its description, or change which Conversation configurations it is attached to, so you can widen or narrow the set of conversations it analyzes.

Product

Conversation Intelligence

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Orchestration in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Conversation Intelligence, then Intelligence configurations.
  3. Select the configuration you want to change.
  4. Select Edit.
  5. In Edit Intelligence configuration, update the Configuration name, the Configuration description, or the attached Conversation configurations.
  6. Select Save. A confirmation appears and the details refresh with your changes.

Additional Information

If you need a Conversation configuration that does not exist yet, select Go to Conversation Orchestrator to create a new configuration from inside the form, create it there, and then return here to attach it.

The Details tab of the configuration shows its current name, description, Date created, Last updated, and the list of attached Conversation configurations, so you can confirm your change took effect.

Editing the configuration does not change its rules. To change when analysis runs or what happens with results, edit the rules instead.
