How do I see which alarms have been triggered?

Objective

Review the alarms that have fired on your account, see which are still active and which have already recovered, and narrow the list down to what you care about.

Product

Twilio Console

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Monitor in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Alerts, then Alarms.
  3. Select the Alarm logs tab. Each row shows Timestamp (local), Status, Name, Product, and Trigger threshold.
  4. To narrow the list, use the Status filter above the table and choose Active only or Recovered.
  5. To change how many rows you see at once, use Rows per page at the bottom of the table.
  6. Select the timestamp in any row to open that alarm's details.

Additional Information

  • Status shows Active while the alarm condition is still being met, Recovered once errors fall back below the threshold, and Warning for warning-level triggers.
  • The list shows the most recent state for each alarm rather than one row per individual error, so a single alarm that has fired repeatedly appears once with its latest status.
  • If your account has never created an alarm and none have fired, the page shows "Nothing here... yet" with a Create alarm button instead of the tabs.
  • Alarm logs are available in the United States (US1) region. In Ireland (IE1) and Australia (AU1) the page reports that alarms are unavailable in that region.
