How do I review the conversations my Intelligence configuration analyzed?

Objective

This article helps you find the conversations an Intelligence configuration has analyzed, filter them down to the ones you care about, and open a single conversation to read its transcript and see what the operators produced.

Product

Conversation Intelligence

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Orchestration in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Conversation Intelligence, then Intelligence configurations.
  3. Select the configuration whose results you want, then open the Conversations tab. You can also select View results directly from the configuration's row in the list.
  4. The table lists analyzed conversations with their created time and identifier, the channels involved, and their status.
  5. Narrow the list with the filters:
  6. Time Range, filter by a time period.
  7. Operator, filter by the operators that ran on a conversation.
  8. Channel, filter by SMS, Voice, RCS, or Chat.
  9. Select Refresh to pull in conversations analyzed since you opened the page.
  10. Select a conversation's created time to open it. Its header shows the conversation identifier, its channels, and its status.
  11. Use the Thread tab to read the conversation transcript, and the Properties tab to see its properties, including the channels involved.

Additional Information

If nothing appears, the configuration has not analyzed any conversations yet, results show up once conversations flow through the Conversation configurations attached to it.

A conversation's status tells you where it is in its lifecycle: active, inactive, or closed. Rules that trigger at conversation end only produce results once the conversation closes, so a recently active conversation may not have results yet.

Use the pagination controls below the table to move through longer result sets.
