How do I see the signals my data source is collecting?

Objective

This article helps you check the raw activity, signals, arriving from a website or app data source, so you can confirm the installation is working and find the activity you want to build an event rule from.

Product

Conversation Memory

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Data in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Conversation Memory, then Data sources.
  3. Select the source you want to inspect.
  4. Open Event builder, then Signals.
  5. The All signals table lists each signal with its type, for example Interaction or Network, a description such as Button click or Network call, the target it relates to, and the time it arrived.

Additional Information

  • If nothing has arrived yet, the page shows No activity detected yet. Check that the source's installation snippet or library is in place and that the source is enabled.
  • To turn a signal into a tracked event, select Create rule on its row, this opens the create event rule wizard pre-filled from that signal.
