How do I find and review my Intelligence configurations?

Objective

This article helps you locate the Intelligence configurations on your account, see which ones are ready to analyze conversations, and jump from the list straight into adding a rule or viewing results.

Product

Conversation Intelligence

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Orchestration in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Conversation Intelligence, then Intelligence configurations.
  3. The table lists each configuration with its Configuration name and ID, description, Last updated date, and its rules.
  4. From a row, select Create rule to add a rule to that configuration, or View results to open its analyzed conversations.
  5. Select a configuration name to open it. Its header shows Ready when it has at least one rule, or No rules when it does not, and it has two tabs: Details and Conversations.
  6. Use the pagination controls below the table to move through longer lists.

Additional Information

If you have not created anything yet you see No Intelligence configurations yet, with a link to learn more about Intelligence configurations.

A configuration marked No rules will not analyze conversations. Add at least one rule so it can start producing results.

For background reading, select Documentation in the page header.
