Objective
This article shows you how to review the AI agents one of your end users has authorized, see exactly what each was granted, and revoke an authorization when access should end.
Product
Identity for AI Agents
Environment
Twilio Console
Procedure
- In the Twilio Console, select Identity & security in the left sidebar.
- Select Identity for AI Agents, then Identities.
- Select the user you want to review.
- Select the Authorized clients tab.
- Review the table. Each row is one authorization, showing Client, Client type, Granted scopes, Date created, and Last updated.
- To inspect one authorization, open the actions menu at the end of its row and select View client details. A panel opens with the authorization's details and the scopes the user authorized this client to use.
- To end the authorization, select Revoke authorization, from the row's actions menu, or from the panel.
- Read the Revoke authorization? confirmation and select Revoke.
- The authorization is removed from the table.
Additional Information
Revoking an authorization does not delete the client. It prompts the user to grant consent again the next time they authenticate.
From the authorization panel you can also select Go to full client details to open the client's own configuration page.
Use Next and Previous below the table to page through a user's authorizations.
