How do I search for a specific customer profile?

Objective

This article helps you look up one customer profile in a memory store by its profile ID or by one of its identifiers, instead of scrolling through the whole list.

Product

Conversation Memory

Environment

Twilio Console

User Account Permission/Role(s) Required

Your role must allow listing Conversation Memory customer profiles and looking up a profile.

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Data in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Conversation Memory, then Memory stores.
  3. Select the store you want to search, then open the Customer profiles tab.
  4. Open the filters and choose Filter by ID or identifier.
  5. Choose what you are searching by: Profile ID, or any identifier configured for the store, such as Email or Phone.
  6. Enter the value you want to look up and apply the filter.
  7. The table shows the matching profile. Select its profile ID to open it.

Additional Information

  • The identifier options in the filter come from the identity rules configured for that store, so adding a new identifier adds a new way to search.
  • If nothing matches, the table shows Profile not found, with a prompt to try a different search term or adjust your filters.
