How do I check the status of my CRM and warehouse mappings?

Objective

This article helps you see the CRM and warehouse mappings configured for a memory store and whether their most recent sync succeeded, so you can spot a data source that has stopped delivering data.

Product

Conversation Memory

Environment

Twilio Console

User Account Permission/Role(s) Required

Your role must allow reading Conversation Memory memory stores. Enabling, disabling, syncing, or deleting a mapping additionally requires permission to update them.

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Data in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Conversation Memory, then Memory stores.
  3. Select the store, then open the Data sources tab.
  4. Choose CRM to see the CRM mappings page, or Warehouse to see the Warehouse mappings page.
  5. Review each row: the mapping name, the source it reads from, whether the mapping is enabled, and its sync status, Success, Running, Failed, or No syncs yet.
  6. Select a mapping name to open its detail panel, or use the row actions for Edit mapping and Delete mapping.

Additional Information

  • The two pages are filtered by source type: CRM mappings appear only under CRM, and warehouse mappings only under Warehouse.
  • If a store has no mappings of that type yet, the page shows No CRM mappings yet or No warehouse mappings yet, with a button to create the first one.
  • On the CRM mappings page a note explains that only Salesforce is currently supported, and that HubSpot, Pipedrive, and other CRM platforms will be available in the future.
  • A Failed status usually points at the source credentials or the dataset query. Open the mapping and check the Syncs tab for the error detail.
