Objective
This article helps you inspect one CRM or warehouse mapping in detail: which columns feed which traits, how its recent syncs went, and the source and dataset settings behind it.
Product
Conversation Memory
Environment
Twilio Console
User Account Permission/Role(s) Required
Your role must allow reading Conversation Memory memory stores.
Procedure
- In the Twilio Console, select Data in the left sidebar.
- Select Conversation Memory, then Memory stores.
- Select the store, then open the Data sources tab and choose CRM or Warehouse.
- Select the name of the mapping you want to inspect. A detail panel opens on the Mappings tab, headed Column mappings.
- On Mappings, review how many columns are mapped and, for each one, the source column, its Trait group, the trait it maps to under Map to trait field, and whether it is an Identifier.
- Select the Syncs tab to see the sync history: Started, Extraction status, Duration, and the number of records Extracted. Use the filter to narrow the list. For a failed sync, select the sync error details to read the error.
- Select the Settings tab to review the source and dataset behind the mapping, including the source status, the dataset name, and the selected columns. From here you can also use the enable/disable toggles, Edit source settings or Edit warehouse, and Edit dataset settings.
Additional Information
- The column header on the Mappings tab reflects the source type: CRM column for a CRM mapping and Warehouse column for a warehouse mapping.
- If no columns are mapped, the tab shows No column mappings and the message There are no column mappings configured for this dataset.
- If the dataset has never synced, the Syncs tab shows No syncs yet and the message Sync history will appear here once the dataset starts syncing.
- Sources and datasets are saved at the account level, so changing them on the Settings tab affects every mapping that uses them.
