Objective
This article helps you refresh the Snowflake credentials behind a warehouse source, which is what you need after rotating a key pair or when syncs start failing with an authentication error.
Product
Conversation Memory
Environment
Twilio Console
User Account Permission/Role(s) Required
Your role must allow reading Conversation Memory memory stores and updating them.
Procedure
- In the Twilio Console, select Data in the left sidebar.
- Select Conversation Memory, then Memory stores.
- Select the store, then open the Data sources tab and choose Warehouse.
- Select the mapping that uses the warehouse, then open the Settings tab of its detail panel.
- Under Warehouse settings, select Edit warehouse. The Edit warehouse page opens with the current values filled in.
- Update the Username if it has changed, then upload the private key file.
- Select Next to reach the Review step and check the values, then select Save. You are returned to the Warehouse mappings page.
Additional Information
- Name, Account ID, Warehouse, and Database name cannot be changed on an existing warehouse source, those fields are unavailable. To point at a different warehouse, connect a new source instead.
- You cannot move past the first step without uploading a private key.
- Warehouse sources are saved at the account level, so updating the credentials here fixes every mapping that uses the same source.
