How do I view my CNAM registration details?

Objective

A CNAM registration sets the caller name shown on landlines and mobile phones for your outbound calls. Open it to confirm it is approved and to see which numbers display that name.

Product

Trust Hub

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Trust Hub, then Registrations.
  3. Select CNAM. The list shows each registration under Friendly name & SID with its Status, filterable by Draft, In review, Approved, or Rejected.
  4. Open the registration you want.
  5. Review the Registration information section, including the Registration friendly name, and the compliance profile the registration is filed under.
  6. Select the Assigned Phone Numbers tab to see the numbers that display your chosen caller name.

Additional Information

  • If the account has no CNAM registrations yet, the page tells you so and offers Learn more about CNAM.
  • Create a registration with Create registration on the CNAM page. An approved primary compliance profile is required first.
  • A rejected registration shows its errors above the details and offers Edit & resubmit.
  • CNAM is available for the United States.
