How do I browse the language operator library?

Objective

This article helps you find the language operators available to your account, both Twilio-authored operators and any you created yourself, so you can see what each one does before adding it to a rule.

Product

Conversation Intelligence

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Orchestration in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Conversation Intelligence, then Language operators.
  3. The Language operator library table lists every operator with its name, description, parameters, and the context it can use.
  4. Select an operator's name to open its details, where you can see its identifier, output format, versions, and, for operators you created, its prompt, parameters, and training examples.
  5. Use the pagination controls below the table to move through longer lists.
  6. To add your own operator, select Create operator.

Additional Information

Language operators are the building blocks of Conversation Intelligence: customizable natural language understanding tasks that are activated through Intelligence configurations.

Operators authored by Twilio are marked with a Twilio badge on their details page and cannot be edited or deleted. If a Twilio-authored operator is close to what you need but not exact, create your own operator instead.

For background reading, select Documentation in the page header.
