- In the Twilio Console, select Orchestration in the left sidebar.

- Use the Services tab to see your prior Intelligence Services.
- Use the Transcripts tab to see the transcripts those services produced.
- To read the reference material for this experience, select Learn more about Conversation Intelligence (classic).

This area is for reviewing your earlier setup. To build new analysis, Intelligence configurations, rules, and language operators, use Overview, Intelligence configurations, and Language operators under Conversation Intelligence instead.
