How do I see which Twilio communications data feeds my memory store?

Objective

This article helps you review the Conversations configurations that send Twilio communications data into a memory store, so you can see which traffic is being captured and whether memory extraction is on for each configuration.

Product

Conversation Memory

Environment

Twilio Console

User Account Permission/Role(s) Required

Your role must allow reading Conversation Memory memory stores.

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Data in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Conversation Memory, then Memory stores.
  3. Select the store, then open the Data sources tab and choose Twilio communications data.
  4. The table lists each linked configuration with its Configuration name, Description, whether Memory extraction is Enabled or Disabled, and the Captured traffic it covers.

Additional Information

  • The communications data from each conversation source is used to create and merge the customer profiles in the store, and to generate the observations and summaries saved to those profiles.
  • If nothing is linked yet, the page shows No Conversations configurations yet with a link to learn about Conversations. Use Add a Conversations configuration to link one.
  • To change a configuration's name, description, or memory extraction setting, select Edit at the end of its row.
