How do I check the status of a CSV profile import?

Objective

This article helps you review the CSV files you have uploaded into a memory store and see whether each import succeeded, so you can confirm that a bulk profile load has finished processing.

Product

Conversation Memory

Environment

Twilio Console

User Account Permission/Role(s) Required

Your role must allow reading Conversation Memory customer profiles and listing profile imports. Starting a new upload additionally requires permission to import profiles.

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Data in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Conversation Memory, then Memory stores.
  3. Select the store, then open the Data sources tab and choose CSV upload.
  4. The History table lists every CSV that has been uploaded, with its file name, the date it was created, and its status.
  5. To see the full detail of one import, select More details at the end of its row.
  6. To upload another file, select Upload CSV.

Additional Information

  • If no imports exist yet, the page shows No CSVs yet along with a link to learn about CSV upload.
  • A file uploaded without a name is listed as Untitled.
  • Processing can take a few minutes after an upload completes, so a recently uploaded file may not immediately show as finished.
