Procedure
- In the Twilio Console, select Data in the left sidebar.
- Select Conversation Memory, then Extraction strategies.
- The table lists each strategy with its Strategy name & ID, Type, and Description.
- Select a strategy name to open it.
- On the strategy's Settings tab, review its Display name, Strategy ID, and the Traits it infers, along with the inference instructions for each one.
Additional Information
- The strategy ID shown in the list and in the page header can be copied from there.
- If you have more than one strategy, the breadcrumb becomes a switcher so you can move between strategies or return to the full list.
