How do I view the customer profiles in a memory store?

Objective

This article helps you see the customer profiles that Conversation Memory has built in a memory store, so you can confirm that your conversations and imported data are being turned into profiles.

Product

Conversation Memory

Environment

Twilio Console

User Account Permission/Role(s) Required

Your role must allow listing Conversation Memory customer profiles.

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Data in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Conversation Memory, then Memory stores.
  3. Select the store whose profiles you want to see.
  4. Open the Customer profiles tab.
  5. The table lists each profile with its Profile ID, First name, and Created on date. The store's ID is shown in the page header.
  6. Select a profile ID to open that profile.

Additional Information

  • If the store has no profiles yet, the tab shows No customer profiles yet, with shortcuts to Add profiles via CSV and Manage Twilio data sources.
  • Profiles are created automatically as data arrives from your connected data sources, so an empty list usually means no data has reached the store yet.
