Objective
This article helps you read the conversation summaries Conversation Memory has generated for one customer, so you can see the recent history an agent or AI assistant would pick up before talking to them.
Product
Conversation Memory
Environment
Twilio Console
User Account Permission/Role(s) Required
Your role must allow reading a Conversation Memory customer profile and its conversation summaries.
Procedure
- In the Twilio Console, select Data in the left sidebar.
- Select Conversation Memory, then Memory stores.
- Select the store, then open the Customer profiles tab.
- Select the profile you want to inspect.
- Open the Conversation summaries tab.
- The tab shows how many conversations have been summarised, along with each summary and the date the conversation occurred.
Additional Information
- If no summaries exist yet, the tab shows Waiting for conversations. Summaries appear only after conversations have been captured into the store and memory extraction is enabled on the Conversations configuration feeding it.
- Summaries are generated automatically. There is nothing to configure on the profile itself.
