Objective
When Twilio rejects a compliance profile, the profile page lists what needs correcting. This walks you through finding those errors and resubmitting the profile so your registrations can proceed.
Product
Trust Hub
Environment
Twilio Console
Procedure
- In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
- Select Trust Hub, then Profiles.
- Find the profile with a Rejected status:
- For your primary profile, select View errors on the Primary compliance profile card.
- For a secondary profile, select Edit & resubmit in the row's Action column, or open the profile and select Edit and resubmit.
- On the Compliance profile details page, read the message at the top: Compliance profile rejected. Edit and fix errors before resubmitting your profile. Review the listed errors alongside the Business information and Points of contact sections.
- Correct the fields named in those errors in the profile form.
- Submit the profile again. Its status returns to In review while Twilio reassesses it.
Additional Information
- A profile left unfinished has a Draft status instead of Rejected, and its row offers Continue editing so you can complete it.
- A profile currently In review cannot be edited. Open its actions menu and select View Profile to inspect it while you wait.
- Fixing a rejected primary profile is a prerequisite for editing or creating secondary profiles.
