Product
Identity for AI Agents
Environment
Twilio Console
Procedure
- In the Twilio Console, select Identity & security in the left sidebar.
- Select Identity for AI Agents, then Consent Screen.
- Review the current values under Customize: Friendly name, Logo URL, Privacy policy, and Terms of service. Anything you have not set shows Not set.
- Select Edit.
- In the Edit consent screen panel, set:
- Friendly name, the name that appears on the consent screen in place of your account name.
- Privacy policy, the URL of your privacy policy.
- Terms of service, the URL of your terms of service.
- Logo, your application's logo, uploaded as a PNG, JPEG, or SVG file.
- Watch the preview beside the form. It updates live as you type and as soon as you choose a logo file.
- Select Save changes.
- A confirmation appears and the preview at the bottom of the page shows the saved consent screen.
To remove your logo, open Edit, clear the Logo field, and select Save changes.
Additional Information
The logo file must be 2 MB or smaller.
The privacy policy and terms of service must each be a valid URL, up to 2,048 characters.
Once a friendly name has been set, it cannot be left blank, the consent screen needs it in order to render. Clearing the field shows a warning and the save is not applied.
