How do I find and open a memory store?

Objective

This article helps you locate a memory store in your account and open it, so you can work with the customer profiles, traits, identifiers, and data sources it contains.

Product

Conversation Memory

Environment

Twilio Console

User Account Permission/Role(s) Required

Your role must allow reading Conversation Memory memory stores.

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Data in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Conversation Memory, then Memory stores.
  3. The Memory stores page lists every memory store in the account.
  4. Select the name of the store you want to open.
  5. The store opens with tabs for Customer profiles, Traits, Identifiers, Data sources, and Settings.

Additional Information

  • The store's ID is shown in the page header next to its name and can be copied from there.
  • If you have more than one store, the breadcrumb at the top of the page becomes a switcher, so you can jump straight to another store or back to the full list without returning to the sidebar.
