Objective
If you send on behalf of the same business from more than one Twilio account, sharing a Brand lets those accounts create Campaigns against your existing approved Brand instead of registering it again.
Product
Trust Hub
Environment
Twilio Console
Procedure
- In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
- Select Trust Hub, then Registrations.
- Select A2P 10DLC Brands and find the approved Brand you want to share on the Brands tab.
- Open the row's actions menu and select Share Brand.
- Under How would you like to share this Brand?, choose one of:
- Enable on all my current subaccounts
- Enable on specific subaccounts
- Enable on specific main accounts
- If you chose a specific option, enter the account SIDs in the field provided, List all subaccount SIDs, separated by commas or List all main account SIDs, separated by commas.
- Select Submit support ticket. A confirmation tells you the Brand sharing request was submitted successfully.
Additional Information
- Brand sharing is enabled by Twilio, so submitting this form raises a support ticket rather than switching sharing on immediately.
- Each SID you enter must be a valid account SID, in the form shown by the field's placeholder.
- Brands shared with your account appear on the Shared Brands tab of the A2P 10DLC Brands page.
