How do I view the compliance addresses on my account?

Objective

See every address saved on your account for compliance purposes, whether each has been validated, and which are registered as emergency addresses, so you know what is available to assign to your phone numbers.

Product

Trust Hub

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Trust Hub, then Addresses.
  3. The Addresses table lists each address with:
  4. Friendly name & SID
  5. Country
  6. Address, the street line, then city, region, and postal code
  7. Validated, Yes or No
  8. Emergency address, Yes or No
  9. Use Search by friendly name to find a specific address.
  10. To narrow the list, use the Emergency address filter (Enabled) or the Country filter.
  11. Select Documentation in the page header for Twilio's written guidance on addresses.

Additional Information

  • Compliance addresses can be assigned to any phone number that carries an address requirement, and emergency addresses are the physical location used to route emergency calls.
  • An address showing Validated: No has not been confirmed against the postal record for its country, which can hold up registrations that depend on it.
