How do I jump to an account's usage, user access, or details from my accounts list?

Objective

This article shows you how to use the Quick links menu on your My accounts list to go straight to a specific area of another account, its usage, its user access settings, its account details, or its subaccounts, without first switching accounts and then navigating there.

Product

Twilio Console

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select your account name in the top bar to open the account switcher.
  2. Select View my accounts.
  3. Find the account you want and open its Quick links menu.
  4. Choose the destination you need:
  5. Go to account home, the account's home page.
  6. View account usage, the account's usage summary.
  7. Manage user access, the account's user management settings.
  8. View account details, the account's details and security settings.
  9. View subaccounts, the subaccount management page for that account.
  10. View my role(s), a side panel listing the roles you hold on that account.
  11. Go to main account, for a subaccount, the parent main account.
  12. Upgrade account, for a trial account, the upgrade flow.
  13. Resolve dormancy, for a dormant account, the page where you reactivate it.
  14. The Console confirms your access to that account and then opens the page you chose.

Additional Information

  • The menu contents depend on the account. A subaccount offers Go to main account but not View subaccounts; a trial account lists Upgrade account first; a dormant account offers only Resolve dormancy; a suspended account offers only Go to account home; and a closed account shows Go to account home greyed out.
