How do I view my regulatory compliance registration and its supporting documents?

Objective

Regulatory compliance registrations are what let you buy and use phone numbers outside the US and Canada. Open one to check its approval status, the phone numbers assigned to it, and the documents you uploaded to support it.

Product

Trust Hub

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Trust Hub, then Registrations.
  3. Select Regulatory compliance. Use the Status filter, Draft, Pending review, In review, Approved, Provisionally approved, or Rejected, to narrow the list.
  4. Select the registration you want to open its details page. The header shows its friendly name and status.
  5. Use the tabs to move between Registration details and Assigned phone numbers.
  6. Scroll to Supporting documents to see the documents submitted with the registration, listed by document type.
  7. Select a document name to open a panel with that document's details.

Additional Information

  • Regulatory compliance covers over 90 countries, and the documents each country requires differ. The registration lists only the document types applicable to its regulation.
  • Where a registration is due to expire, the page offers View expiring registrations so you can renew in good time.
  • The list shows whether each registration is for an Individual or a Business end user.
  • A rejected registration shows the panel Fix the following errors before resubmitting your registration: above the details, with each error listed.
