How do I find out why my A2P 10DLC Brand registration was rejected?

Objective

A rejected Brand blocks all the Campaigns underneath it. The Brand's details page lists each error the carriers returned, so you can correct the submission and send it back for review.

Product

Trust Hub

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Trust Hub, then Registrations.
  3. Select A2P 10DLC Brands and open the Brand whose status is Rejected.
  4. At the top of the page, read the panel headed Fix the following errors before resubmitting your A2P 10DLC Brand registration. Each error is listed with its description and error code.
  5. Select Edit & resubmit (shown as Edit and resubmit on the details page) to reopen the registration form.
  6. Correct each item the errors describe, then submit the Brand again.

Additional Information

  • If an error is not something you can fix yourself, the actions menu offers Contact support so Twilio can look at the registration with you.
  • You can also reach a rejected Brand from Trust Hub › Overview, where it appears in the Open compliance tasks table with an Edit & resubmit action.
