Objective

Remove a regulatory compliance registration you no longer need, for example one created for a country you have stopped buying numbers in, or a duplicate submission.

Product

Trust Hub

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Trust Hub, then Registrations.
  3. Select Regulatory compliance and open the registration you want to remove.
  4. Select More options in the page header.
  5. Select Delete.
  6. A confirmation appears asking Delete this regulatory compliance registration?
  7. Confirm the deletion, or select Cancel to keep the registration.

Additional Information

Check the Assigned phone numbers tab first. Numbers that rely on this registration to satisfy a local requirement may stop being usable once it is gone.
