How do I view my Voice Integrity registration details?

Objective

Voice Integrity protects your calling reputation so your calls reach customers rather than being treated as spam. Open the registration to check its status, the use case you declared, and the compliance profile behind it.

Product

Trust Hub

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Trust Hub, then Registrations.
  3. Select Voice Integrity. The list shows each registration under Friendly name & SID with its Status, and can be narrowed with the Status filter (Draft, In review, Approved, Rejected).
  4. Open the registration you want.
  5. Review the sections on the page:
  6. Registration information, including the Registration friendly name.
  7. Compliance profile information, the profile the registration is filed under.
  8. Use case details, Use case, Average calls per day, and Company Size (number of employees).
  9. Select the Assigned phone numbers tab to see and manage the numbers covered by the registration.

Additional Information

  • Use case details only appear once those values have been supplied, so the section can be absent on an incomplete or rejected registration.
  • A rejected registration shows an error panel above the details, and the row offers Edit & resubmit.
  • A Voice Integrity registration is also a prerequisite for a Basic branded calling registration, which links to it as its parent.
  • Voice Integrity is available for the United States.
