Objective
A Campaign describes the messages you intend to send and links them to a Messaging Service. Registering one against your approved Brand is the last step before US 10-digit long code traffic is accepted by the carriers.

Procedure
- In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
- Select Trust Hub, then Registrations.
- Select A2P 10DLC Campaigns, then select Create A2P Campaign. You can also start from an approved Brand: open it and select Create campaign on its Linked Campaigns tab.
- In Create an A2P Campaign, confirm the A2P Brand shown, this is the Brand the Campaign will register under.
- Answer Use an existing Messaging Service or create a new one? by choosing Use an existing Messaging Service or Create a new Messaging Service. Messaging Services let you establish a pool of senders for the Campaign.
- Then either:
- For an existing service, use Select a Messaging Service and search by Messaging Service SID. Services already connected to a Campaign are grouped separately and cannot be selected. Once one is chosen, View messaging service details opens it.
- For a new service, enter a Messaging service friendly name.
- Review the campaign fees shown in the form.
- Select Get started to continue into the Campaign registration form, then complete and submit it.
Additional Information
- Each Messaging Service can carry only one A2P Campaign, which is why already-registered services are listed as unavailable to select.
- If the Brand has reached the number of Campaigns it is allowed, a Campaign limit reached message appears in place of the form.
- Campaigns you have started but not submitted are held on the Draft Campaigns tab of the A2P 10DLC Campaigns page.
- The Campaigns list shows Campaign SID, Status, Use case, Brand name, Messaging service, and Last updated, and can be searched by Campaign SID.
