How do I view my A2P 10DLC Brand registration details?

Objective

Open a Brand to confirm what was submitted, check its approval status, see which Campaigns are attached to it, and reach the actions available on it.

Product

Trust Hub

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Trust Hub, then Registrations.
  3. Select A2P 10DLC Brands, then select the Brand you want from the Brands tab. You can also select View details from a row's actions menu.
  4. The page header shows the Brand's friendly name and its status, for example Approved.
  5. Use the tabs to move between Registration Details and Linked Campaigns.
  6. On Linked Campaigns, select Create campaign to add a new Campaign to this Brand.
  7. Select Registration settings to review or change the Brand's friendly name and notification settings.
  8. Use the actions menu in the page header for the remaining options, including Delete.

Additional Information

  • Create campaign is only useful once the Brand is approved; carriers will not accept a Campaign against an unapproved Brand.
  • A rejected Brand shows an error panel above the details instead.
  • From the Brands list, a row's actions menu can also offer Contact support or Contact Twilio Support when Twilio needs to intervene on the registration.
