How do I view my branded calling registration details?

Objective

Open a branded calling registration to confirm the display name and long name that will appear on your calls, check its approval status, and see the compliance information it was filed under.

Product

Trust Hub

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Trust Hub, then Registrations.
  3. Select Branded calling. Narrow the list with the Country, Type (Basic (US Only) or Enhanced (US Only)), and Status filters if you need to.
  4. Open the registration you want. The page header shows its status, for example Approved.
  5. Review the sections on the page:
  6. Registration information, including the Registration friendly name.
  7. Brand details, Branded calls display name and Branded calls display long name.
  8. Use case details, on a Basic registration only, showing the Voice integrity registration it is built on.
  9. Compliance profile information, Linked compliance profile, Linked compliance profile SID, Legal business name, and Business address.
  10. Select the Assigned phone numbers tab to see the numbers making branded calls under this registration.

Additional Information

  • An Enhanced registration has no Voice Integrity section, because it is linked directly to your compliance profile rather than through a Voice Integrity registration.
  • Where a registration is not linked to a compliance profile, the business details it did supply are shown under Compliance & business information instead; if it has neither, that section does not appear at all.
  • A rejected registration shows an error panel above these sections while still displaying Registration information and Brand details, and offers Edit & resubmit.
