- On Add payment details, check the starting balance shown at the top of the step, then enter your card details under Payment details.
- Select Upgrade to submit the payment.
- Review the Order summary on the Upgrade complete page, it lists your account details, balance, and payment method, then select Finish.
- The confirmation screen shows UPGRADE, COMPLETE along with the balance you bought and the free units included. Select Start building to return to the Console.
Additional Information
- Your billing currency is determined by the country in your tax address, so the balance amounts offered change if you go Back and change the country.
- If you have a promo code, use the Promo Code tab on the balance step instead of choosing an amount.
- If you leave the upgrade before finishing, Twilio saves your progress. The confirmation dialog offers Continue with upgrade or Come back later.
- Upgrading may be paused for a compliance review.
- Messaging and Voice require additional carrier registration before you can start sending traffic.
