How do I view call logs for a single phone number?

Objective

This article shows you how to see just the calls that involved one of your phone numbers, without filtering the account-wide call logs yourself.

Product

Phone Numbers, Programmable Voice

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Numbers & senders, then Overview.
  3. Select Phone Numbers, then My Inventory.
  4. Select the actions menu on the number's row and choose View numbers details.
  5. Select Call logs.
  6. The Call Logs page lists calls for this number. Narrow the list with the filters:
  7. Traffic route, Traffic to this number or Traffic from this number
  8. Status, add it from Add filters, then choose from Busy, Canceled, Completed, Failed, In progress, No answer, Queued and Ringing
  9. To see the account-wide logs instead, select Visit Call Logs.

Additional Information

The Call logs tab only appears for numbers that have voice capability.

If no calls match your filters, the table shows No results were found.
