Environment
Twilio Console
Procedure
- In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
- Select Numbers & senders, then Overview.
- Select Phone Numbers, then My Inventory.
- Select the actions menu on the number's row and choose View numbers details.
- Select Compliance registration.
- If the number is not registered yet, the page explains what is required, for example Complete your A2P registration to start sending messages in the US, and shows a Complete registration action. Select it and follow the guided registration.
- If the number is already registered, the page lists each registration with its name, type and status (for example Approved), along with its registration ID. Select View in Trust Hub to open the full registration record.
Additional Information
Which registration you need depends on the number's country and type. US long codes need A2P Brand and Campaign registrations, US toll-free numbers need a toll-free registration, and Canadian local numbers need a CA 10DLC registration. Other countries show their own regulatory requirement.
If no registration is needed the page reads, You're all set! Compliance registration is not required for this number.
You can also start or continue a registration straight from My Inventory, the actions menu on each row offers the relevant registration action for that number.
