How do I check Voice Trust registrations for my phone number?

Objective

This article shows you where to see whether one of your phone numbers is registered for SHAKEN/STIR, CNAM, Voice Integrity and Branded Calling, and how to register it if it is not.

Product

Phone Numbers, Trust Hub

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Numbers & senders, then Overview.
  3. Select Phone Numbers, then My Inventory.
  4. Select the actions menu on the number's row and choose View numbers details.
  5. Select Voice Trust, then one of:
  6. SHAKEN/STIR, get the highest attestation rating on outbound calls, with no code changes required.
  7. CNAM, display up to 15 characters of caller name on your customer's phone to increase answer rates.
  8. Voice Integrity, register your numbers with major carriers' call analytics so your calls are not blocked or mislabelled as spam.
  9. Branded Calling, brand the calls your customers receive with your company name.
  10. If the number is already registered, the page lists the registration details, for example Registration name, Registration country, Display name and Customer profile, and offers View in Trust Hub to open the full record.
  11. If it is not registered, the page shows a Register for action for that product together with a Learn more link. Select it to start the guided registration.

Additional Information

The Voice Trust tab only appears for numbers that have voice capability and are in a supported country, currently the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Germany.

Some Voice Trust products are only available for US numbers. Where that applies, the page tells you so and points you to the alternative.

Each page shows whether the product is Free or Paid.
