How do I view the short codes in my account?

Objective

This article shows you where to find the short codes provisioned into your account, along with their capabilities, country and status.

Product

Programmable Messaging

Environment

Twilio Console

Procedure

  1. In the Twilio Console, select Communications in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Numbers & senders, then Overview.
  3. Select Short Codes, then My Inventory.
  4. The table lists your short codes with columns for Short Code, Capabilities, Country and Status.
  5. To narrow the list, search by short code, or filter by Country and Capabilities (SMS, MMS).
  6. Select the actions menu on a row and choose View sender details to open that short code.

Additional Information

Short codes enable two-way, high-volume messaging for common use cases like promotions, notifications and authentication. Their short format aids recognition.

If you expected to see a short code or its registration and it is not listed, check the Short Codes (legacy) page linked from the callout at the top of the page.

To review registrations rather than provisioned short codes, select the Registrations tab.
