Test Credentials Unavailable for 1C-Provisioned Accounts

Issue

Users logged into 1C-provisioned Twilio accounts are unable to locate or access Test Credentials (Test Account SID and Test Auth Token) within the Twilio Console or via API settings.

Product

Twilio Console

Environment

Twilio Console

Cause

Test credentials are no longer offered for 1C-provisioned (Console Zen) accounts. Internal agents can verify if an account is 1C-provisioned by checking for the 1c-provisioned-account flag in OneAdmin.

Resolution

There is no workaround or fix to enable test credentials on 1C-provisioned accounts. Customers must use their standard primary account credentials (Account SID and Auth Token or API Key) for all API requests and testing.
