Objective
Due to regulatory requirements, there is sometimes a need for documents to be signed by customers to ensure that registrations are done on behalf of customers that have the right to use the Sender ID. This serves to ensure that traffic is coming from legitimate sources and minimizes any potential misuse.
This article outlines the documentation requirements for a pre-registration in Bulgaria
Please note that generic Sender IDs are not allowed in the Alphanumeric Sender ID for Bulgaria.
As of July 2026, Bulgaria sender ID registrations is ONLY open for Domestic customers and Traffic is open to both transactional and promotional contents. There is one-time setup fee and a monthly recurring fee.

Instructions for Standard Registration
The below applies to standard Alphanumeric Sender ID registrations towards all networks with one-time set up fee 150USD and monthly recurring fee 220USD. To register your Alphanumeric Sender ID, the Bulgaria network operators we will require the Alphanumeric sender ID declaration document below.
Complete the SenderID Declaration form
Once you have downloaded the Declaration form, follow these general instructions:
- Fill in the yellow highlighted fields completely replace with your own information, if a field is not highlighted, don't change it.
- If you have questions on how to fill the required fields, refer to the annotated example we provided for each fields
- Have the document signed by an authorized signatory of the sender
- Upload the declaration form to the Sender ID Request form.
Required fields include:
- Authorized Representative Name
- Designation
- Company Name and Address
- Business Registration Number
- Current Date
- Designated Signature
NB: The documents should be filled and signed by the CEO as per the operator guideline
