You do not need to manually turn on or enable Agent Conference features in your settings.
As of June 2020, Agent Conference functionality is automatically active and available for all accounts. You can immediately begin using features like Agent Coaching and the Outbound Participant API within your code or workflow configuration without any additional account setup.
