Bulk Export for Messages
- Navigate to the Twilio Console and go to: Console -> Products & Services -> Messaging -> Log Archives
- Navigate to the Twilio Console and go to: Console -> Products & Services -> Messaging -> Log Archives

Bulk Export for Calls
- Navigate to the Twilio Console and go to: Console -> Products & Services -> Voice -> Settings -> Log Archives
Once you access these updated locations, you will be able to initiate Bulk Export jobs for historical data.
