Bulk Export for Messages and Calls Not Visible in Twilio Console

Issue

If you are unable to locate the Bulk Export option for Messages or Calls in the Twilio Console, please note that the feature’s location has recently changed.

Resolution

  1. Bulk Export for Messages
    • Navigate to the Twilio Console and go to: Console -> Products & Services -> Messaging -> Log Archives
       
  2. Bulk Export for Calls
    • Navigate to the Twilio Console and go to: Console -> Products & Services -> Voice -> Settings -> Log Archives

Once you access these updated locations, you will be able to initiate Bulk Export jobs for historical data.
