How can I find the Twilio app in Salesforce after activating my Twilio for Salesforce license?

After activating your Twilio for Salesforce license, in some cases you may not be able to locate the app within Salesforce. This is because you haven't yet been added as a user for the Twilio for Salesforce integration.
To resolve this, navigate to Setup by clicking the cog wheel in the top right of your page. Search and select "Installed Packages", "manage licenses", "Add Users", and add yourself as a user.
You should be able to find the Twilio for Salesforce app.
