Marketing Campaigns for Partner Reseller Accounts – Twilio Support

Issue

Accounts created through partners such as Azure, Heroku, and IBM have limited features. One of the features not available is Marketing Campaigns.

Twilio SendGrid Email API Partner Resellers: Azure, Heroku and IBM accounts.

Cause

Marketing Campaigns

Marketing features, which include marketing campaigns, are currently offered for accounts setup directly through SendGrid and for some resellers such as: KKE (Legacy Marketing Campaigns), GCP, and AWS. We do not have the ability to add those tools to Reseller accounts created through Azure, Heroku and IBM.

Design Library

The Design Library is only for use with Marketing Campaigns. As such this feature is not available for Reseller accounts created through Azure, Heroku and IBM. Customers will not able to send test emails from there. These reseller accounts need to create templates by navigating to Email API > Dynamic Templates.
