Login for SendGrid Accounts Created via Azure

Accounts created via Azure do not have login credentials of the username/password type, like accounts created directly from our website. For this reason, they do not receive a password reset email if they try the standard "Forgot password?" workflow available on our site. Instead, access to these accounts is done via SSO directly from Azure Marketplace.

Objective

Explain the sign-in process for SendGrid accounts created through Azure Marketplace.

Product

Twilio SendGrid Email

User Account Permission/Role(s) Required

Primary account administrator.

Procedure

Once the SendGrid subscription is enabled:

  1. Go to the Azure portal's Subscription overview page
  2. Select Resources
  3. Click your Twilio SendGrid resource (it might have a friendly name)
  4. A detail page will load, showing all the information related to your current Twilio SendGrid subscription.
  5. Click the link "Open SaaS Account on publisher's site".

How to contact Twilio SendGrid support if you get an error when clicking the "Open SaaS Account on publisher's site" link
