Features for Downgrading Between Paid Plans

Overview

When downgrading your Twilio SendGrid account, certain features may be lost or limited upon moving to your new plan. This article will detail the feature limitations when downgrading from an Email API Pro plan to Essential plan and when downgrading from a Marketing Campaigns Advanced plan to Basic plan. 

 

What You Need To Know

Downgrading from Email API Pro plan to Essential plan

Features will be unavailable:

  • Bounce and Block Classifications (Deliverability Insights)
  • Email Testing Credits
  • Dedicated IP addresses
  • Reverse DNS set up
  • Email Validation API
  • Subusers
  • SSO
  • Phone support
     

Features will still be available but limited:

  • Teammates limited to 1 - Newest teammate is retained
  • Default searchable Email Activity limited to 3 days

 

Downgrading from Marketing Campaigns Advanced plan to Basic plan

Features will be unavailable:

  • Automations
  • Dedicated IP addresses
  • Reverse DNS set up
  • Email Validation API
  • Subusers
  • SSO
  • Phone support
     

Features will still be available but limited:

  • Teammates limited to 1 - Newest teammate is retained
  • Signup Forms limited to 5 - Newest forms are retained
  • Email Testing Credits - Default credits down from 60 to 10.
