How to Check the Status of SendGrid Operations and Subscribe to Updates

Objective

If you want to stay informed about the current status of SendGrid services and receive timely updates, you can do so easily from the SendGrid status page.

Procedure 

1. Checking the Status of SendGrid Operations

  1. Visit the SendGrid status page.
  2. On this page, you will see a summary of all SendGrid services and their current operational status like shown below:
  1. Each service will be marked as “Operational,” “Degraded Performance,” “Partial Outage,” or “Major Outage,” depending on its current state. If you click on to 'Incident History' on the bottom of the page, you will be able to see the previous status recorded and you can also filter them based on the components and timeline like shown below:

     


 

  1. For more details, you can click on any incident or service to view additional information, including updates and resolution timelines.
     


2. Subscribing to Status Updates

To receive real-time notifications about SendGrid service status changes:

  1. On the same status page, look for the “Subscribe to Updates” button or link—usually located at the top or bottom of the page.
  2. Click on “Subscribe to Updates.”
  3. Enter your desired email address in the provided field.
  4. Click “Subscribe via email” to confirm.

     

You will now receive email notifications whenever there is a new incident, update, or scheduled maintenance affecting SendGrid services.
