Fast Track is a 12 month term white glove service package offered by Twilio. There are various package sizes and types to meet your needs. The Fast Track Package provides enhanced review times and direct assistance to specific included products using a credit based system.
With the purchase of a Fast Track Package you will receive credits to use towards included services such as:
- 10-DLC Campaign Review
- Toll Free Verification
- SenderID Application
- Sender Safeguard
- Voice Spam Monitoring
- Voice Spam Remediation
- Guided WhatsApp ISV Client
- Guided WhatsApp Sender

How do I go about purchasing the A2P Onboarding Fast Track Package right away?
If you have a dedicated Account Executive or Account Manager, please reach out to them directly. They are the best person to assist you with acquiring this service package.
If you do not have a dedicated Sales contact, you can request the package by contacting the Sales Department through the Fast Track - Request with Sales Department form.
Once I pay for the Fast Track Package, how fast will I have the service available?
Once you sign the Order Form for OneTrack, your A2P Onboarding Fast Track Package and Credits will be available as follows:
- If you sign between the 1st and 15th of the month, your service starts on the 1st of the next month (e.g., sign on March 13, available April 1).
- If you sign between the 16th and the end of the month, your service starts on the 1st of the following month after next (e.g., sign on March 17, available May 1).
If I purchase the A2P Onboarding Fast Track Package now, will my existing Campaigns be reviewed and approved more quickly?
No, purchasing the A2P Onboarding Fast Track Package will not result in your existing campaigns being reviewed and approved more quickly right away. Only after all required Fast Track onboarding steps are completed will your Fast Track Package credits and service SLAs become available. While the onboarding process can take time, upon signature for the services you will have access to your onboarding manager for any campaign reviews while the Fast Track onboarding process completes.
What review times does the Fast Track package offer for 10DLC and Toll-Free submissions?

How much does the A2P Onboarding Fast Track Package cost?
The cost of the A2P Onboarding Fast Track Package depends on the volume and the specific products you are onboarding each month. Our packages start with the Lite package, which is priced at $1,500 per month. We also offer additional package options to better match different business needs.
