How to change the timezone of a Flex Insights workspace

The timezone for the Flex Insights workspace is selected during provisioning.

If you need to change the timezone, please open a request to the support team including:

Account sid (ACxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
Timezone requested (selecting from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_tz_database_time_zones )

The estimate time for completing the request is 1-2 business days.
