Documents Required and Instructions to Register Your Alphanumeric Sender ID in Russia

Before we begin

Notice: IMPORTANT! As of 11th of March, registration for Russia Sender ID-s has been temporarily put on hold. If you are related with humanitarian aid and in line with the work of our Twilio.org team, then please reach out to us at senderid@twilio.com and we will review your application individually

Due to regulatory requirements, there is sometimes a need for documents to be signed by customers to ensure that registrations are done on behalf of customers that have the right to use the Sender ID. This serves to ensure that traffic is coming from legitimate sources and minimizes any potential misuse.

This article outlines the documentation requirements for a pre-registration in Russia.

Things to note

Space is not allowed in the sender name.
