A2P 10DLC Campaign Vetting Delays: Twilio cannot approve 10DLC Campaigns ourselves, and must rely on third parties who control our connections to carriers to sign off. These external processes are creating several week delays for our customers. We continue to escalate these issues and are working to reduce delays wherever possible. Why am I seeing "Account is restricted from provisioning new long code phone numbers" (Error 22300)?

You may see this error when attempting to buy a new Twilio phone number in the Twilio Console or via API (if using the API, this corresponds to error 22300).

This error means that Twilio Compliance has temporarily restricted your account from provisioning new long code phone numbers.

This restriction may be imposed because of suspicious account activity or behavior that may violate Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy or Messaging Policy.

If you encounter this error, please reach out to compliance-review@twilio.com to request to have this restriction lifted from your account. Be sure to include your Twilio Account SID, the name of your business, and a brief explanation of your use case.
