How to Access Call Logs for a New Subaccount

Objective

Sometimes, navigating to 'Monitor' → 'Logs' → 'Calls' in the Twilio Console does not show the expected 'Calls' link. This article demonstrates how to access Call Logs for an entirely new subaccount using Twilio Console.

Procedure 

  • Go to the necessary subaccount, by selecting from the list here.
  • Click on 'Explore Products' as shown in the following screenshot-
  • Go to “Voice” and click on the drop-down arrow (right of the 'pin' icon)-
  • Click on 'pin' icon corresponding to the region under which your call logs are present. 
    • For example- if your Call Logs are present under United States (US1) region, then click on the 'pin' icon corresponding to the 'United States (US1) region. 
  • The Console will generate a green-colored pop-up box towards top-right corner and there is a visible difference in pin icon, as shown in the below screenshot-
  • Under 'Monitor' tab, if you expand the necessary region, you should now be able to see 'Calls' as shown below
